■ For Capital Calls, calculate the allocation of management fees, partnership
expenses, investment amounts, or working capital amongst the Partners
■ For Distributions, administration of the payment waterfall / carried interest
calculations in accordance with the Limited Partnership Agreement
■ Preparation and dispatch of capital call and distribution notices
■ Monitoring receipt of call monies and following up late payments with LPs
■ Execution of procedures for late and/or defaulting investors
■ Accounting for capital calls and distributions in accordance with relevant
accounting standards
