■ Advice on the structure of the fund
■ Preparation of term sheet of the fund
■ Refer, liaise with and engage legal counsels of different jurisdictions
■ KYC/AML procedures for all shareholders and directors of the general partner and
other legal entities of the fund group
■ Refer, liaise with and engage tax adviser
■ Incorporation of various legal entities as prescribed in the fund group structure
■ Review of all fund documentation from operational perspective
■ Assist bank account opening
■ Advise and support in the development of operations manuals
■ Lead the fund administration or fund operation function
■ Advise the proper operation of the fund in accordance with fund documents (Compliance)
